We have developed a close relationship with local wholesalers and service providers in Adelaide, which flows on to our customers in terms of great product support and prompt turnaround times for service and replacement hardware. Whatever issues you may be having with your home PC or notebook, you can bring it along to us with the confidence that you will not be out of pocket while we diagnose the problem and assess the best options for a successful repair. We seldom need to keep a PC for more than two working days – often less. Most importantly, our primary concern before we do anything else is to protect your data from loss or damage, so even if your PC is beyond reasonable repair, your data will be saved and stored if at all possible.

2022 - RIP Charles Firster ( Founder)
We are sad to announce the original founder of BLUE MOUSE, Charlie Firster passed away March 2022. Charlie was a big part of this business for its 20 plus years, managing and operating from April 2001 until kirt & Elizabeth took over management in 2011. Then Charlie stayed on as part time volunteer technician and was a great asset to this shop keeping our technical area working smoothly. We will miss his humor and company greatly. Our Condolences go out to his family – Michelle, Paddy and the rest of his tribe.
2020 - Agency at Elizabeth East
We are still at our main shop in Hope Valley, and now also have an office at Elizabeth East. We support customers from Noarlunga to Nuriootpa. (we even have a some in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth)
2017 - Biztek / Express Ink merger
Welcome to clients from Biztek Digital and Express Ink and Toner. We have now incorporated these two businesses with Blue Mouse.
2015 - Skytek merger
Welcome to Skytech clients to our group. After 10 years, Marc at Skytech had decided to close the doors and retire. We have known Marc for many years and have agreed to take over his work, including warranty issues.
2012 - Kirt & Elizabeth new owners
In March 2012, After Charlie fell ill, Blue Mouse merged with Ktron Computers when Kirt Hignett and his partner, Elizabeth Redman, have taken over management and admin of the business. Ktron Computers changed to KTRON Communications and now covers our expansion into utilities and communications. Blue Mouse still handles all enquiries for Computers, laptops, tablets and other IT services.
2001
Blue Mouse Computers was opened in August 2001 by Charlie Firster. Blue Mouse has grown with the community, helping out with schools, neighbourhood watch and talks with computer groups around Adelaide. We provide an honest reliable service, dealing with upgrades, sales & repairs in all aspects of the computer industry. We are still at our main shop in Hope Valley, and now also have an office at Elizabeth East and an agency in Gawler. We support customers from Noarlunga to Nuriootpa. (we even have a some in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth)
